Bahrain Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Emissions 1990-2023

Total greenhouse gas emissions in kt of CO2 equivalent are composed of CO2 totals excluding short-cycle biomass burning (such as agricultural waste burning and Savannah burning) but including other biomass burning (such as forest fires, post-burn decay, peat fires and decay of drained peatlands), all anthropogenic CH4 sources, N2O sources and F-gases (HFCs, PFCs and SF6).
  • Bahrain greenhouse gas (ghg) emissions for 2019 was 54,410.00, a 6.35% increase from 2018.
  • Bahrain greenhouse gas (ghg) emissions for 2018 was 51,160.00, a 1.83% increase from 2017.
  • Bahrain greenhouse gas (ghg) emissions for 2017 was 50,240.00, a 1.8% increase from 2016.
  • Bahrain greenhouse gas (ghg) emissions for 2016 was 49,350.00, a 0.98% increase from 2015.
