Senegal Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Emissions 1990-2024

Total greenhouse gas emissions in kt of CO2 equivalent are composed of CO2 totals excluding short-cycle biomass burning (such as agricultural waste burning and Savannah burning) but including other biomass burning (such as forest fires, post-burn decay, peat fires and decay of drained peatlands), all anthropogenic CH4 sources, N2O sources and F-gases (HFCs, PFCs and SF6).
  • Senegal greenhouse gas (ghg) emissions for 2020 was 30,293.28, a 2.54% decline from 2019.
  • Senegal greenhouse gas (ghg) emissions for 2019 was 31,081.73, a 10.84% increase from 2018.
  • Senegal greenhouse gas (ghg) emissions for 2018 was 28,040.84, a 1.16% increase from 2017.
  • Senegal greenhouse gas (ghg) emissions for 2017 was 27,718.12, a 0.71% increase from 2016.
