Cameroon Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Emissions 1990-2024

Total greenhouse gas emissions in kt of CO2 equivalent are composed of CO2 totals excluding short-cycle biomass burning (such as agricultural waste burning and Savannah burning) but including other biomass burning (such as forest fires, post-burn decay, peat fires and decay of drained peatlands), all anthropogenic CH4 sources, N2O sources and F-gases (HFCs, PFCs and SF6).
  • Cameroon greenhouse gas (ghg) emissions for 2020 was 93,348.64, a 1.3% increase from 2019.
  • Cameroon greenhouse gas (ghg) emissions for 2019 was 92,152.57, a 0.44% increase from 2018.
  • Cameroon greenhouse gas (ghg) emissions for 2018 was 91,747.67, a 1.21% increase from 2017.
  • Cameroon greenhouse gas (ghg) emissions for 2017 was 90,654.59, a 0.69% decline from 2016.
