Equatorial Guinea Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Emissions 1990-2024

Total greenhouse gas emissions in kt of CO2 equivalent are composed of CO2 totals excluding short-cycle biomass burning (such as agricultural waste burning and Savannah burning) but including other biomass burning (such as forest fires, post-burn decay, peat fires and decay of drained peatlands), all anthropogenic CH4 sources, N2O sources and F-gases (HFCs, PFCs and SF6).
  • Equatorial Guinea greenhouse gas (ghg) emissions for 2020 was 9,542.96, a 7.28% decline from 2019.
  • Equatorial Guinea greenhouse gas (ghg) emissions for 2019 was 10,292.54, a 5.64% decline from 2018.
  • Equatorial Guinea greenhouse gas (ghg) emissions for 2018 was 10,907.31, a 3.77% decline from 2017.
  • Equatorial Guinea greenhouse gas (ghg) emissions for 2017 was 11,334.98, a 8.3% decline from 2016.
