Paraguay Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Emissions 1990-2024

Total greenhouse gas emissions in kt of CO2 equivalent are composed of CO2 totals excluding short-cycle biomass burning (such as agricultural waste burning and Savannah burning) but including other biomass burning (such as forest fires, post-burn decay, peat fires and decay of drained peatlands), all anthropogenic CH4 sources, N2O sources and F-gases (HFCs, PFCs and SF6).
  • Paraguay greenhouse gas (ghg) emissions for 2020 was 50,784.03, a 2.86% increase from 2019.
  • Paraguay greenhouse gas (ghg) emissions for 2019 was 49,371.37, a 2.06% increase from 2018.
  • Paraguay greenhouse gas (ghg) emissions for 2018 was 48,376.15, a 2.76% decline from 2017.
  • Paraguay greenhouse gas (ghg) emissions for 2017 was 49,749.93, a 4.93% increase from 2016.
