Turkmenistan Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Emissions 1990-2024

Total greenhouse gas emissions in kt of CO2 equivalent are composed of CO2 totals excluding short-cycle biomass burning (such as agricultural waste burning and Savannah burning) but including other biomass burning (such as forest fires, post-burn decay, peat fires and decay of drained peatlands), all anthropogenic CH4 sources, N2O sources and F-gases (HFCs, PFCs and SF6).
  • Turkmenistan greenhouse gas (ghg) emissions for 2020 was 194,091.83, a 10.23% decline from 2019.
  • Turkmenistan greenhouse gas (ghg) emissions for 2019 was 216,205.98, a 8.36% increase from 2018.
  • Turkmenistan greenhouse gas (ghg) emissions for 2018 was 199,521.88, a 1.36% increase from 2017.
  • Turkmenistan greenhouse gas (ghg) emissions for 2017 was 196,842.47, a 0.7% decline from 2016.
